What is a healthy physical life, and how do we get there?
As a dancer and teacher, I have spent the last thirty years helping people understand what this question means to them.
My mission is to help people establish a relationship with their bodies that is joyful and meaningful.
My experience has shown that this can be achieved by anyone, irrespective of age and fitness level, through a combination of practice, guidance and commitment.
